Our processing time for ready-to-ship items is typically 3-5 business days. For custom orders, processing time will vary depending on the complexity of the project but will typically be around 10-14 business days, for larger projects the timeline could be extended after a design consultation.

We offer USPS Shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We do not offer refunds on our handcrafted journals, as each piece is unique and often custom-made. However, in certain circumstances, such as a significant error on our part, we may offer store credit. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns.
